We are expanding our outpatient psychiatry team and seeking passionate, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists to work in a hybrid model in Austin, Houston, or Dallas.

- Elite Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months, followed by a 60/40 split with uncapped earning potential.
- Supervision is paid at $1,000 per month per supervisee.

Your Impactful Role
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
- Provide high-quality, in-person care from one of our professional offices in Austin, Houston, or Dallas.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO).
- Active Texas Medical License and DEA.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
