Exchange Online/M365 Messaging Engineer

Job Description
 

We are seeking a talented Exchange Online Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Exchange Online and experience with Microsoft 365 solutions. In this role you will take over a variety of tasks. You will:

• Design, implement, and maintain LGT Capital Partners’ Exchange Online/Hybrid environment;

• Manage and further develop the platform, including monitoring performance, ensuring availability, and resolving issues;

• Configure and troubleshoot various Exchange Online components, such as transport services, and security features (Phishing, Malware, Spam, etc.);

• Collaborate with other colleagues to integrate Exchange Online with other Microsoft 365 solutions, such as OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Teams;

• Stay up-to-date with new Exchange Online features and assess the impact on the current environment;

• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices for Exchange Online administration;

• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans;

• Ensure Exchange Online meets business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field;
• With Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 solutions or Exchange on-premise environments you worked for the last 5 years or even more;
• You have a strong expertise in Exchange Online architecture and its components;
• E-mail routing and configuration including MX records, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, etc. are not only buzzwords for you;
• You bring in great knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration and security and experience with PowerShell scripting and automation;
• Your communication skills in English are excellent and your problem-solving skills help you in your day to day working life a lot.
