About DualEntry

DualEntry is building the OS for finance.

Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s, with no new entrants in 30 years. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.

In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.

We're hiring the outliers that can pull off this audacious goal: people that have accomplished exceptional things in their past. Our team members have been professional athletes, played for Team Canada, trained with UFC champions, performed in Broadway productions, DJ'd Berghain, and founded Brazil's top Python community.

What you’ll work on

  • Own and grow our Slack community for CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance operators - keep it active, high-quality, and well-moderated

  • Be the face of DualEntry to the community - approachable, human, first point of contact

  • Plan and run events end to end (roundtables, panels, webinars, meetups) - topic, speakers, logistics, promotion, follow-up

  • Partner with marketing, product, growth, and sales so community and events drive real pipeline, not just engagement

  • Turn community insights into input for content, events, and product decisions

What sets you up for success

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency

  • 3+ years in community, events, or marketing (B2B SaaS a plus)

  • Experience managing a Slack or similar community, and what keeps one healthy

  • Organized, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity

  • Confident communicating with senior finance professionals

Meet the Marketing Team

  • Jan - In a space where everyone's shipping fast, Jan made sure we were the ones being understood. Owned marketing messaging, positioning, voice, and the website: putting DualEntry's POV at the center of everything we put out. Owned marketing messaging, positioning, and voice. Redesigned the DualEntry website in her first 90 days. Also launched a bi-coastal NYC/SF campaign covering over 100+ billboards that lifted brand visibility and awareness

  • Ana took the lead and owned the community and events at DualEntry from end to end. 500+ attendees across 15+ events in 6 months. Dinners, roundtables, poker night. She launches two new series: bi-weekly live demos and CTRL AI, built with partners and customers.

  • George grew organic search traffic from 2-5 clicks a day to 80-90 clicks a day, a 2330% increase (24x), excluding career and branded queries, through targeted SEO and content work.

  • Bruno built Slack bots that surface CFO job changes and funding announcements in real time, automate our gifting flow, and sync everything to HubSpot and Hex, so signals become warm intros and campaign performance lands directly in our dashboards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Equity: $30,000 - $50,000

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $160,000

  • Full medical, dental & vision insurance coverage

  • One Medical annual membership

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401(k) benefits

  • Learning & development budget for courses, certifications, and language learning

  • On-site team culture - high collaboration, no bureaucracy

  • In-office perks: snacks, drinks, team events and more

“We're not building a marketing team that follows the playbook. We're building the one people copy and study for years to come”

Jan Abaza, Founding Product Marketing Manager at DualEntry

Compensation (from employer):
$100K – $160K • $30K – $50K Equity
