Work directly for MSS Security at the 2026 MotoGP

The countdown is on to one of Australia's premier motorsport events, and we are looking for Security Officers to join the MSS Security team at the 2026 MotoGP, Phillip Island.

If you've worked the MotoGP before, we'd love to welcome you back. Your experience is highly valued, and we encourage you to apply early.

Whether you're an experienced Major Events Security Officer or looking to be part of your first MotoGP, this is your opportunity to work with Australia's leading security provider and help deliver a safe, professional and memorable experience for thousands of fans.

What you'll be doing

As part of the MotoGP event team, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of patrons, competitors, staff and visitors by:

• Providing exceptional customer service and event assistance

• Managing access control and credential checking

• Conducting bag inspections and security screening

• Monitoring spectator areas and responding to incidents

• Working closely with event organisers and emergency services

• Maintaining a professional and welcoming presence throughout the event

What we're looking for

We're seeking professional, reliable people who:

• Hold a current Victorian Security Licence with crowd control endorsement

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Present professionally and work well in a team

• Can remain calm and make sound decisions in dynamic environments

• Are available to work flexible shifts across the MotoGP event period, including weekends (17th October - 26th October for MotoGP including Bump in and Bump out periods)

• Certificate II in Security Operations or higher

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Full Australian working rights

Previous MotoGP experience?

Have you previously worked at the MotoGP with MSS Security or another security provider?
