Assistants will greet guests, serve as a resource for answering questions, and assist with setup.
Job Location/ Hours Required
The candidate will perform most/all job duties in Wanek. Hours may vary depending on the job requirements; however, the total number of hours a student employee may work per week is 20 hours. This position requires up to (We only need the student for Friday and Saturday registration. Hours will vary hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with registration setup and any prior tasks
- Greet guests and help with onsite registration
- Pass out Family Weekend packets/gifts
- Serve as a resource for all guests, and be able to answer any questions about Family Weekend and the University
Required Qualifications:
This position requires you be present at the training session being held in RG Wanek Center on Tuesday, September 16th from 1:00pm-5:00pm. You will need to be available to work Friday, September 19th and Saturday, September 20th.
