Your day-to-day:

 

  • Event Planning & Management:

Develop and execute event strategies for CAS markets, aligned with the company’s smoke-free product objectives;
Organize product launches, consumer engagement activities, plug-ins to local event and festivals;
Coordinate with brand marketing to ensure events align with Brand platform and strategy.

  • Market-Specific Customization:

Adapt global event strategies to resonate with local cultural and market trends within CAS markets;
Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and tailor events accordingly;

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with external agencies, suppliers, and venue partners to deliver high-quality event experiences;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs and communications, to ensure compliance and message consistency.

  • Budget & Resource Management:

Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality;
Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact and return on investment (ROI).

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze event performance metrics, consumer feedback, and ROI to improve future events;
Present detailed post-event reports to senior management.

  • Compliance & Ethical Standards

Ensure all events adhere to local regulations and the company's internal compliance policies, especially given the sensitivities around the tobacco industry and smoke-free products.

 

 

Who we're looking for:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of event management experience, preferably in the alcohol, FMCG, or lifestyle industries;
  • Experience working within CAS markets is a strong advantage;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Consumer-focused mindset with an ability to deliver engaging brand experiences;
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of CAS market dynamics;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry.
