The team
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–8+ years in EUC/endpoint management with at least 3+ years focused on automation.
• Expert-level PowerShell (functions, modules, error handling, logging, unit testing).
• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/Configuration Manager (OSD, collections, SUP, client health).
• Deep knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11 (updates, drivers, performance, app compatibility, policy conflicts).
• Solid understanding of Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, Conditional Access, and networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP/PKI/Firewall).
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint, compliance baselines, and endpoint security.
• Proven track record in documenting processes and enabling support teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across shifts/time zones; willingness for 24/7 support rotations if required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Graph API, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Power Automate for orchestration.
• Familiarity with CM/Intune reporting using SQL/Kusto (Log Analytics/Workbooks) and Power BI.
• Knowledge of MSIX packaging, WinGet, and modern app deployment.
• Exposure to VDI/DaaS (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Horizon).
• Certifications: MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, or ITIL.
• Experience implementing CIS/NIST benchmarks and endpoint hardening at scale.
