Ethics & Compliance Analyst

The purpose of this role is to support the administration and evaluation of the Dentsu-wide compliance programme and to contribute to the planning, development and execution of the programme.

Job Description:
Contributes to global compliance programme initiatives
Collates and develops compliance related information and data sets, including Gifts & Hospitality reporting
Liaises with other functions to improve access to data and strengthen compliance initiatives
Develops analytical reports and presentations
Fulfils requests for data and information from global and local compliance contacts and other global and regional managers
Administers the Compliance Inbox and filing system
Administers the Annual Affiliate Certification Process and Annual Compliance Questionnaire
Administers the annual Declaration of Interest form distribution and collation process, reporting on the resulting declarations and dealing with access queries to the global register of interest
Supports M&A, affiliate and other third-party due diligence

La posición requiere ingles avanzado ya que tendra contacto directo y diario con el equipo de US.
