About Eternal Robotics

Eternal Robotics is a fast-growing Robotics & AI company building advanced solutions across

industrial automation, robotics, computer vision, and intelligent systems deployment.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our

Operations function, driving execution excellence, operational discipline, delivery scalability,

and long-term business growth.

This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and will play a critical role in building

scalable systems, operational frameworks, and delivery excellence across projects, customers,

and geographies.

Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for end-to-end operational leadership, including:

• Project Delivery & Execution

• Field Operations & Implementation

• Vendor & Supply Chain Management

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Operational Governance & Process Excellence

• Delivery Scalability & Margin Optimization

The role requires a leader who can transform complex delivery environments into structured,

predictable, and data-driven operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Leadership & Execution Excellence

• Own end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and margin targets are

achieved.

• Drive structured execution through PMO governance and standardized operational

frameworks.

• Establish and continuously improve a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with

global standards.

• Improve delivery predictability, operational efficiency, and execution consistency.

• Optimize delivery economics through cost control, resource utilization, and deployment

efficiency.

2. Operational Scaling & Delivery Architecture

• Build scalable operational models to support growth across industries and geographies.

• Transition delivery models from customized execution to repeatable, scalable deployments.

• Ensure strong implementation readiness, resource alignment, and delivery consistency.

3. Vendor & Field Operations Management

• Lead vendor performance management across hardware, data operations, annotation, and

deployment partners.

• Establish robust vendor governance frameworks and performance scorecards.

• Drive field service excellence through strong SLAs, rapid issue resolution, and

customer-focused support operations.

4. Scope & Governance Management

• Own project scope governance and change management processes.

• Control scope creep and protect delivery profitability.

• Implement structured workflows for milestone management and change requests.

5. Operational Performance & Metrics

• Build a strong data-driven operational culture through dashboards and performance tracking.

• Drive visibility across delivery timelines, operational efficiency, margins, resource utilization,

and customer satisfaction.

• Lead operational reviews with leadership and Board stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / AI / Industrial Engineering or

related fields)

• MBA preferred

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred

Experience

• 12–18 years of experience in operations leadership within technology-driven organizations.

• Strong track record in building and scaling operations in:

– Robotics

– Artificial Intelligence / Computer Vision

– Industrial Technology

– Systems Integration

– Hardware–Software Deployment environments

• Experience managing:

– End-to-end project delivery

– Field execution & implementation

– Support operations & operational governance

• Experience in high-growth / startup / scale-up environments is highly preferred.
