Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to VIP Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
• Offer personalized solutions and recommendations aligned with individual customer needs and preferences.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our service management system.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIP clients.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and company services to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong customer service experience, particularly with VIP clients, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
