Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively manage booking inquiries, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Offer knowledgeable advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and regulations to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the support system.
• Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and travel policies to provide clients with timely information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support, especially in the travel industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms is beneficial.
