In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Estonian-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries regarding our streaming platform, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone in Estonian.
• Assist users with account queries, content exploration, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, subscriptions, and billing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve more complex customer challenges efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest platform features, content releases, and industry developments to enhance user support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Relevant experience in customer support, especially in technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and their functionalities is advantageous.
