In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our software solutions for our Estonian-speaking clients. Your fluency in Estonian, combined with your technical expertise, will ensure that clients receive a tailored and effective onboarding experience. Responsibilities

• Manage the software implementation process for Estonian-speaking clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.
• Conduct training and support sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the software.
• Engage with clients to collect requirements and provide customized solutions to address them.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process promptly.
• Provide ongoing support after deployment to enhance user satisfaction and adoption rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the implementation process based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required, with a strong command of English preferred.
• Experience in software implementation or project management is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear explanations of complex technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with software deployment methodologies and tools is a benefit.
• A customer-centric mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for technology.
