Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remote support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with efficiency.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on product updates and trends to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to think critically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with customer support tools or CRM software is an advantage.
