Responsibilities

• Assist Estonian-speaking clients in navigating our product range, providing tailored recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase key features.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support in closing sales.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product consulting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Dedication to helping clients achieve their objectives through effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
