Estonian Speaking Partner Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Estonian-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs promptly.
• Provide expert guidance on product features and usage to ensure optimal partner engagement.
• Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Accurately document all partner interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Monitor and analyze partner feedback trends to enhance service delivery.
• Work with internal teams to develop and update training materials and support resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities to address partner challenges.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to enhancing partner success is essential.
