Responsibilities

• Assist Estonian-speaking customers via chat, email, or phone with their online shopping questions.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, payments, and returns in a timely manner.
• Collect feedback from customers to share insights and improve the overall quality of our service.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and policies to deliver accurate and helpful support.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers through effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce environment, is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions swiftly.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
