Estonian Speaking Multilingual Support Representative

In this role, you will be a key member of our customer service team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our Estonian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve addressing inquiries, solving problems, and delivering information about our products and services with professionalism and care. Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Estonian-speaking clients.
• Manage customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Guide customers through our products and services, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to improve service quality and tackle complex customer needs.
• Stay updated on company products and policies to offer reliable support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to helping customers succeed.
