Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mobile support to Estonian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile applications, devices, and connectivity.
• Assist users with the installation, configuration, and effective usage of mobile apps.
• Document all support interactions thoroughly in the customer service management system.
• Stay updated on product developments and mobile technology trends to enhance support delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to share customer feedback and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or mobile support roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
• Genuine interest in mobile technology and a commitment to assisting users.
• Experience with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
