Responsibilities

• Engage with Estonian-speaking gamers via live chat, providing friendly, prompt, and efficient assistance.
• Help resolve a variety of gaming-related questions, including gameplay mechanics, account issues, and technical support.
• Inform players about game updates, features, and community standards.
• Accurately log player interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to share player insights and enhance service delivery.
• Encourage positive interactions among players to promote a respectful and enjoyable gaming environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• A deep passion for gaming, with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
