In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing specialized IT consulting services to our Estonian-speaking clients, helping them identify their technology needs and implement effective solutions tailored to their business objectives. Your expertise in IT and ability to build strong client relationships will be essential in facilitating successful technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Estonian-speaking clients to assess their IT needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Design and implement strategic IT plans that align with client goals and current industry trends.
• Provide training sessions and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize their IT solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular check-ins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of IT projects and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements to offer well-informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Familiarity with various IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
• A strong commitment to ongoing learning and personal growth within the IT sector.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
