Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to Estonian-speaking gamers, answering their questions and improving their overall gaming experience.
• Troubleshoot gaming issues effectively and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Educate players on game features, updates, and community happenings.
• Accurately document player interactions and feedback to inform future improvements.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to share player insights and implement suggestions.
• Promote a positive gaming atmosphere by encouraging respectful communication among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for gaming.
• Experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• An enthusiastic gamer with knowledge of current gaming trends and platforms.
• Experience with customer support tools and chat systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet player needs.
