Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Estonian-speaking players through various channels, including forums, social media, and live chat.
• Address gameplay questions, technical issues, and community feedback promptly and professionally.
• Encourage player interaction and help create a friendly, supportive community environment.
• Collaborate with the development team to share player insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on game content, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate support.
• Document player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on community building.
• A strong passion for gaming, with an understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
• Prior experience in customer support or community management is beneficial.
