In this vital role, you will help create and maintain a positive and respectful chat environment for players on our online gaming platform. Responsibilities

• Monitor chat interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and promote respectful communication among players.
• Proactively engage with players by responding to their questions and facilitating enjoyable discussions.
• Quickly identify and manage any instances of inappropriate behavior or language within the chat.
• Assist players with their queries and resolve any issues they may encounter during gameplay.
• Collaborate with the game development team to create community initiatives and gather valuable player feedback.
• Report on player interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for enhancing the gaming community.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
• Prior experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism while promoting a positive environment.
• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with popular gaming platforms.
• Experience with chat moderation tools and community engagement techniques is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to align with peak gaming activity periods.
