Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion inquiries.
• Deliver detailed product information, styling suggestions, and personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
• Efficiently address customer questions and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain thorough records in our support system.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide relevant assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
• A genuine passion for fashion and familiarity with current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and effectively manage their inquiries.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
