Responsibilities

• Assist Estonian-speaking clients with inquiries regarding entertainment services, events, and bookings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve booking-related issues and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery based on customer feedback.
• Stay informed about upcoming events and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment industry is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in entertainment and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management software is preferred.
