Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Estonian-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Identify clients' business objectives and develop tailored strategies that align with their goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and adapt services accordingly.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to implement improvements in service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in client consulting, account management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address client challenges.
• Adept at navigating complex business environments and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, focused on delivering exceptional value to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
