Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Estonian to identify their digital store needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Support clients through the setup and management of their digital storefronts.
• Deliver training and ongoing support regarding digital retail tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive service improvements.
• Keep updated on e-commerce trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
• Document client interactions to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and providing insights.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in the dynamic field of digital commerce.
