Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of clients' digital practices to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Engage with Estonian-speaking clients to gather requirements and provide customized digital solutions that align with their goals.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and actionable recommendations effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance clients' digital capabilities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Offer ongoing support and training to clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits of digital tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of digital solutions, data visualization tools, and online marketing analytics.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in a relevant analytical or consulting role is preferred.
