Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media channels in Estonian.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding products/services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively.
• Engage with customers to encourage interaction and promote brand loyalty.
• Monitor social media activity and report feedback and trends to the management team.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and engagement skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in social media, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their customer engagement strategies is advantageous.
• A passion for social media and digital communication trends.
