Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to Estonian-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients about banking processes, procedures, and available services.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or the banking industry is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in finance and banking products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with customer service software and banking systems is a plus.
