Estonian Speaking Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Estonian-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing effective support.
• Assist customers in implementing and utilizing our products to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and health metrics to proactively ensure positive experiences and minimize churn.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers to facilitate service improvements and product developments.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or customer success roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with customer success software and CRM applications is advantageous.
