Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with Estonian-speaking customers to drive loyalty and retention.
• Engage proactively with customers to assess satisfaction and resolve any concerns they may have.
• Recommend additional services and solutions that align with customer interests.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure an efficient and effective customer experience.
• Analyze customer feedback to help inform strategies for engagement and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
• Prior experience in customer service or loyalty-related roles is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is an advantage.
