Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely assistance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving inquiries and offering personalized solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Guide customers in navigating our products and services, assisting them with any challenges they may face.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better customer engagement practices.
• Stay informed about product updates and company news to provide accurate support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
