Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and useful information.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and guidance to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions for future reference and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance the customer support process.
• Stay updated on products and best practices in customer service to provide effective support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools is beneficial.
