In this important role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Estonian-speaking clientele. Your key responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Estonian through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions related to our products and services.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for future reference.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer support or related role is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
