Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for Estonian-speaking corporate clients, delivering high-quality support and assistance.
• Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve client issues efficiently to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Provide clients with information about products and services to enhance their understanding and usage.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-centric focus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Understanding of corporate products and services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
