Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product support.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate clients about our services and how to maximize their usage.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
