Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Estonian-speaking clients, providing outstanding support and managing inquiries effectively.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations fully.
• Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and keep clients informed about new services or changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.
• Collaboration with internal teams to enhance the client experience and gather valuable feedback for improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, account management, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving high client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is beneficial.
