Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Estonian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding business operations and support services.
• Proactively resolve client issues to enhance their satisfaction and experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business processes and effective communication.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our support system.
• Identify potential improvements in service delivery and suggest actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in business support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is considered a plus.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards assisting customers is essential.
