Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Estonian-speaking clients to understand their B2B integration requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client systems and our platforms.
• Provide ongoing technical support during the integration process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Thoroughly document integration workflows and technical specifications for both clients and internal use.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in B2B integration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our integration services and improve client experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to addressing challenges and delivering solutions.
