Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Estonian-speaking customers seeking assistance with automotive services.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and available services.
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and explaining the service processes.
• Manage and resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Inform customers about service options, warranties, and promotions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service; experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services is advantageous.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
