A full-service multi-family construction company for every need of our many owner and management company clients for well over a decade. Crestmark is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with an office in Dallas and boots on the ground with jobs in most major cities in Texas, and currently in St Louis, Creve Coeur Missouri, and Des Moines Iowa with licenses in a few other states. We are always expanding to new cities and states to help our customers.

Must have prior experience in developing interior and exterior scopes of work. Have the ability to read and understand architectural plans and prepare take offs from construction documents and drawings, compile pricing for material,labor,general conditions, and budgets for estimating our future projects. Must have great communication skills and be proficient in MicroSoft Office and Xactimate Software. Skilled in supervising the Sub-Contractors and labor forces on multiple projects for the interior and exterior of the Construction/Renovation Department.
