·Registering applicants
·Matching properties to applicants needs
·Conducting viewings
·Negotiating and closing deals
·Carrying out administration for sales and lettings

·Sales and Lettings experience
·Well Presented and Well Spoken
·Excellent communication skills
·Accurate, numerate and computer literate
·A team player with excellent organisational skills
·Full and clean UK driving license
·Attention to detail
·Ability to work with minimal supervision
