O que buscamos?

- Estudantes de graduação em Engenharia de Computação, Sistemas da Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Data Science ou afins

- Conhecimento em infraestrutura de TI e/ou aplicações

- Pacote Office, Microssoft O365, / Copilot / Power Automate

- Desejável Inglês básico
- Ser uma pessoa dinâmica, com boa comunicação escrita e verbal, possuir bom relacionamento com equipe, clientes e fornecedores, que tenha vontade de superar desafios/metas, proativo e ter interesse em aprender.

Sobre as atividades:

- Suporte em aplicações (ITIL) 
- Suporte em infraestrutura e Redes Microsoft (Active Directory)
- Suporte ao usuário nível 1 (desktop, notebooks ou workstations)
