You lead a key line of the business (technical, system, organization) to deliver results defined by the compelling business needs of the site. Using a systematic approach, you use strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term.

How you will contribute

Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You ensure that Mondelēz International’s safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets are achieved for the lines for which you are responsible by breaking down section targets into line and unit targets and ensuring that employees understand their individual performance goals related to the overall targets. In this role, you will also develop budgets and be responsible for costs control management, governance and compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and the identification of high-potential team members.

• Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
• Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
• Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3
• Leading line teams
• Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully
• Influencing people in a union environment
• Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and a good attention to detail

Buscamos un Especialista en Mantenimiento de Sistemas Térmicos con conocimiento profundo y práctico de los principios de funcionamiento de equipos, componentes, modos de falla, estrategias de diagnóstico y mantenimiento en su especialidad.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosticar y resolver fallas en máquinas térmicas y sistemas de refrigeración industrial a partir del comportamiento del sistema y sus componentes.

• Desarrollar e implementar planes de mantenimiento robustos (preventivo, predictivo y correctivo) para equipos de refrigeración.

• Elaborar checklists, procedimientos técnicos y documentación operativa de mantenimiento.

• Realizar análisis de causa raíz de fallas y proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas.

• Diseñar e impartir capacitación técnica para el desarrollo del equipo de mantenimiento.

• Asegurar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los sistemas térmicos de la planta.

• Conocimientos técnicos:

• Dominio sólido de máquinas térmicas y sistemas de refrigeración industrial.

• Termodinámica aplicada, ciclos de refrigeración y transferencia de calor.

• Diagnóstico de fallas en compresores, evaporadores, condensadores, válvulas de expansión y sistemas de control.

• Lectura e interpretación de diagramas P&ID, planos mecánicos y eléctricos.

• Manejo de refrigerantes industriales (amoniaco, CO2, freones, etc.).

• Habilidades:

• Capacidad analítica para identificar fallas rápidamente.

• Habilidad para documentar procedimientos y transmitir conocimiento técnico.

• Orientación a resultados y trabajo en equipo.
