Position Description

Responsible for providing second level support and training surrounding the ERP system and related business software systems to other departments. Pursues continuous improvement of business processes and supporting software and provides additional support to IT team as needed. This position reports to the Director of IT and is on site.

Essential Duties of the ERP Business Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Works with various business areas to identify, assess, document, and implement business system software changes to support growth and drive efficiencies.
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining the ERP system and related business software systems. 
• Provides second level support for users of the software systems.
• Assists with maintaining product configurators.
• Ensures operations documents and information (production labels, work queues, standard reporting) are functional and meet the needs of the various departments. 
• Develops standard reports, ad-hoc reports, and business forms (invoice, order acknowledgements, etc.) for various departments and business functions.
• Setup and maintain data warehouse and other data reporting systems.
• Leads ongoing reviews of business processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in both the business process and supporting software.
• Develops and maintains business process documentation, business software documentation, and related end user training.

• Assists with other IT responsibilities such as helpdesk tickets, server maintenance, system upgrades, and general troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications for the ERP Business Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or Statistics
• Minimum 5+ years working in a business environment with business systems
• Experience with ERP, CRM, PLM and other systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing customized and configurable consumer products
• Strong knowledge and experience with report designers
• Knowledge and experience with BI systems
• Ability to work on site in Broomfield building Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be from $3076.93 to $3461.54 biweekly.

Pay Range:

68,000.00 - 102,000.00
