• Analyze manufacturing processes to plan production line layouts and define equipment requirements.
• Perform mechanical design of automation systems utilizing industrial robots.
• Design and simulate mechanical mechanisms that meet equipment specifications and requirements.
• Validate and optimize operability, motion performance, and collision avoidance based on 2D/3D design models.
• Establish and manage detailed execution plans for project implementation.
Requirements
• Minimum of 16 years of experience in mechanical design, development, and application of production equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge in equipment mechanical design, including structures, analysis, drive systems, and robotics.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools, with hands-on experience in operating and analyzing automated production lines.
• Experience in ultra-precision equipment mechanical design
• Strong capability in CAE analysis and simulation, including structural, vibration, and airflow analysis.
• In-depth understanding and experience in electronic product manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX 3D CAD tool.
