Equipment Engineer

Based in the North East our clients are specialists in the project management of some of the most complex and challenging new technologies in the industrial bioprocessing sector. Their team specialise in consultancy services to clients across the UK to develop new products and improve current processes with the aim of providing a commercially viable/improved production process. Due to continued success they are now looking to recruit an Equipment Engineer to maintain and improve reliability of equipment, through technical and hands-on support.
 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance activities in a safe, efficient and effective manner
• Provide engineering services for internal and external customers
• Review maintenance schedules and implement improvements and changes to improve uptime, reliability and process efficiency
  

Experience & Qualifications:

• You will hold a minimum HNC or Degree qualification within an engineering discipline
• Hold relevant experience within a similar position and have industrial experience within electrical and mechanical engineering
• Hold evidence of technical problem solving
• Ability to apply theoretical and practical electrical and mechanical engineering methods to contribute to business activities
