• Collect, process and keep track of internal and external data from industry reports, public information or purchased sources
• Analyze data gathered and develop conclusions/recommendations 
• Prepare reports summarizing HR analysis and recommendations on people which might impact business, financial, or legal decisions for review by executives, managers and other stakeholders outlining recommendations
• Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own function adapting departmental plans and priorities to address operational challenges and/or is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization solving complex problems, working independently, interpreting internal or external issues and recommending best practices
